Because of intense development in technologies and engineering , biology is now studying by high throughput techniques on gene,rna, protein and metabolite level. This analysis produce imense amount of data  which is impossible to analyze by human mind. So there are powerful software to analyze these data on each level or hetergenous data. We are providing here some important tools which is utilizing in systems biology by various research groups. Most of them are free and open sourced and can be downloaded. Student should get confortable with these tools so when they get a chance to deal with the wet lab, they should be able to analyze the pruduced data.
 
We are trying to put as much as information from top research institutes. We want to reduce the distance of knowledge level between a student in College of a remote area of india and a Researcher working in the lab of Prof X in MIT.
 
India has great young manpower to deal with any kind problem, we only need the right direction of steps. If we have good students in India  having knowledge of cuting-edge scientific research, we can again establish on the top of world education. Because ultimately a machine needs a hand to operate and we have half billion hands ready for operate any kind of machine, just learn.
 
To become a good researcher of systems biology you must first get command on mathematics and statistics. Without the extensive knowledge of these two subjects you wont be able to understand the complex data generated by high throughput technologies.
